Richard has a wealth of software design and consultancy experience having specialised his entire career in developing software solutions designed for the HMI and asset management market places. One of the 3 founders, Richard previously worked for Waterside Solutions, SDR Systems Ltd and AFE Technologies Ltd, all at Director level. Prior to this Richard was Software Engineer at Fischer & Porter, Belgium & USA and at Kodak
Peter Evans
Peter is the Chief Electronic Engineer and co-founder of EGS. Previous to starting EGS he was Chief Engineer and Managing Director of Waterside Solutions and General Manager of AFE Technologies Ltd. Peter has also worked for Instem Ltd as Senior Engineer and Marconi Communications Ltd as Design Engineer.
Paul Smith
Paul is a co-founder of EGS having worked with Peter and Richard at Waterside Solutions and AFE Technologies. Paul is a highly versatile engineer who specializes in software development but he has also turned his hand to General management and Support Management. Prior to AFE Paul was a software engineer for Avery-Berkel.
Robert Shapton
Robert joined EGS during 2008 as Chief Executive. Previous to this Robert was CFO at QEK Global Solutions, Operations Director Netigy Corporation, COO Unisys Communications and Group Planning Manager for Avis Europe PLC. Robert trained as an accountant with the Rank Organisation.
